At the end of April, Ranil visited Cliddesden Primary School. He was given a tour by the Head Boy, Head Girl and their deputies. He also had the opportunity to partake in a Question and Answer session with Oak Class, who questioned him on Democracy, academies and the European Union. Ranil commented: "I very much enjoyed my recent visit to Cliddesden Primary School, and would like to thank all of those who helped organise the day. "I am very proud of the great schools we have in North East Hampshire. I will continue working with the Department for Education to support the continual improvement that our teachers want to deliver - and our children deserve - and I look forward to visiting many more local schools in the future!"
