On 22nd January, Ranil Jayawardena opened Renaissance Retirement’s much anticipated Fleur-de-Lis retirement development in Hartley Wintney.
The collection of 23 new retirement apartments are located to the rear of the High Street. The apartments will provide luxurious living spaces ideally suited for the over 60s downsizers looking to maintain a quality standard of independent living in the region.
After taking a tour around the development, Mr Jayawardena said:
“It is a pleasure to be here today for the opening of the Fleur-de-Lis retirement homes in Hartley Wintney. I am very pleased to see a development like this in North East Hampshire helping local people downsize from larger family homes and retain their independence in later life.”
Robert Taylor, managing director, said:
“We have been delighted with the feedback from local people and the first phase of the launch. The development is selling well and we are looking forward to seeing more local people soon.”
