On 22 April 2016, Ranil attended the formal opening of Landmark House in Hook. Landmark House offers office accommodation and virtual call answering services to local businesses. Ranil commented: "It was a pleasure to attend the opening of Landmark House in Hook, and to see first-hand the array of facilities available. "I was very pleased to see former Robert May's School pupils, Richard Burbage and Andy Denham – who've both worked so hard to deliver these fantastic premises – staying in the area and continuing to do business here. "Small businesses are incredibly important to both our economy and to our local community. I have no doubt that Landmark House will be a huge asset to the local area, by offering modern accommodation and virtual office spaces that will give small businesses the flexibility they need to grow."
