On this A-level results day, it is time for everyone who has been studying to celebrate and look back with pride on what you have achieved over recent years. Whatever you get, you have great opportunities ahead, waiting to be seized.
Covid-19 created challenges for us all, and particularly for you during your GCSEs so, whatever the outcome today, you should know that you have already achieved so much.
This is a chance to congratulate your parents, teachers and other staff too, who have supported you with your studies across North East Hampshire and beyond. I know you know that they have been vital in providing the education and care you have needed, preparing you for the next stage in your lives.
So, as the results are unveiled, take a deep breath, stand tall, and know that this is just the beginning of an exciting journey ahead.
