GETTING YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO GO
As a fellow local resident, I share your concerns about the roads. My family and I know the problems with potholes, and I have been working hard to get repairs made.
I went down to Four Acre Coppice in Hook with Hampshire’s Highways chief – Cllr Nick Adams-King – to show him an example of some of the smaller roads that need to be maintained just as much as some of our bigger ones.
Four Acre Coppice had a huge increase in traffic whilst the A30 roundabout was being expanded, so I’m glad to say that Nick agreed and is taking steps at Hampshire County Council to get the repairs Four Acre Coppice needs, as well as other similar roads in the constituency that I raised with him.
In the meantime, if you see any roads in need for repair, report it to Hampshire County Council online at: hants.gov.uk/transport/roadmaintenance/roadproblems/potholes
And share the Council reference from your report above with me too, so that I can follow up with the council on your behalf: ranil.uk/potholes
