It was deeply moving to plant a cross in the Parliamentary Garden of Remembrance on behalf of all of us in North East Hampshire.
As we approach this solemn occasion, I know we will all take a moment at 11am to remember and pay tribute to the brave souls who have made tremendous sacrifices for our country. The garden reaffirms our profound gratitude and unwavering respect in Parliament for their service and dedication.
Of course, Remembrance Day and Remembrance Sunday serve as reminders of the resilience, courage, and unity that our community and nation stand for. May we never forget the sacrifices made, and always strive for peace.
