I went to Heckfield to speak to residents about the condition of their road, following recent flooding.
The government has given Hampshire County Council £53 million specifically to fix potholes – enough for over a million potholes – since 2015/16. The issues in Heckfield have been raised with the Council now and, between them and local landowners, I hope to see some progress made.
I have long campaigned for towns and villages across North East Hampshire – like Heckfield – to see their fair share of spending and I will continue to work on behalf of local people to get things done.
