I’ve long argued that we should build beautiful new homes for the next generation in the heart of cities – from the young people I speak to, that’s where most want to live early in their careers!
Cities often have infrastructure already in place and, when they do not, building it secures long-term economic growth.
Building within cities will create jobs and encourage new businesses to invest in Britain, creating a healthy economy for everyone.
That’s how we protect the countryside, get Britain growing *and* build the homes we need.
